Getting started
How do I set up a wallet?
Open Trenchpad and choose Create wallet or Import wallet. Creating one gives you a 12-word recovery phrase. Write it down offline and keep it safe. It's the only way to restore your wallet. You can also import an existing recovery phrase or private key.
How do I add funds?
Tap Deposit to see your Solana address and QR code, then send SOL to it from an exchange or another wallet. Your balance updates once the transfer confirms.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, email or password. Your wallet lives on your device.
Trading
How do I buy or sell a token?
Open any token from Home, Search or Scope, tap Buy, choose an amount in SOL and confirm. Once you hold a token, Sell becomes available on the same screen. Swaps are routed through Jupiter for the best available price.
What is Scope?
Scope is a live feed of newly launched Solana tokens. New shows fresh launches, Final stretch shows tokens close to graduating from their bonding curve, and Graduated shows tokens that have moved to a full liquidity pool. Use the filter button to narrow each column.
My trade failed. Did I lose my SOL?
A failed swap doesn't move your tokens, but the network fee may still be charged. Volatile tokens can move past your slippage limit. You can raise slippage in the trade settings, or try again.
What does Trenchpad charge?
No platform fee. You pay Solana network fees and a small execution tip that helps trades land quickly. Both are shown before you confirm.
How do I place a limit order?
In the Buy or Sell sheet, switch to Limit Order, set your target price and amount, and confirm. Open orders appear on the token page and in Settings, where you can cancel them.
Security
Where are my keys stored?
In the iOS Keychain on your device, protected by your device passcode, with an optional Face ID or PIN lock in Settings. They're never sent to us.
I lost my phone or deleted the app.
Reinstall Trenchpad and import your wallet with your recovery phrase. Without the phrase, nobody can recover the wallet, including us.
How do I report a scam token?
Open the token, tap the ••• menu and choose Report. Reported tokens are reviewed and can be hidden for everyone. You can also hide any token just for yourself.
I used Untaxed. Is this the same app?
Yes. Untaxed is now Trenchpad. Updating keeps your wallets, settings and history exactly as they were.
