Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-15

These terms govern your use of the Trenchpad iPhone app and this website (together, "Trenchpad"). By using Trenchpad you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What Trenchpad is

Trenchpad is self-custody software for viewing Solana token data and creating, signing and sending your own transactions. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. We never hold your funds or your keys, and we can't move, freeze, reverse or recover them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use crypto services where you live. You may not use Trenchpad if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or where using it would break local law.

3. Your wallet, your responsibility

4. Risk

Crypto assets, and newly launched tokens especially, are extremely volatile and speculative. Many lose all of their value, some are scams, and liquidity can vanish instantly. Prices, charts, labels and lists in the app come from third parties and may be delayed, wrong or incomplete. A token appearing in Trenchpad is not an endorsement. Nothing in Trenchpad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only trade what you can afford to lose.

5. Fees

Trenchpad charges no platform fee on trades. Solana network fees, priority fees and execution tips apply and are shown before you confirm. Third-party protocols and liquidity pools may charge their own fees.

6. Third-party services

Trenchpad relies on independent services such as Jupiter, Helius, Jito and Solana itself. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, pricing, routing or failures. Trenchpad is not affiliated with or endorsed by any launchpad, exchange or token shown in the app.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Trenchpad to break the law, launder money, manipulate markets, attack or reverse-engineer our services or third-party services, or infringe anyone's rights. We may hide content, such as reported tokens, at our discretion.

8. No warranty

Trenchpad is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any transaction will succeed or land at a given price.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data or tokens, arising from your use of Trenchpad, third-party services, market movements, or your own mistakes. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

10. Changes

We may update Trenchpad and these terms. If the terms change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Trenchpad after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Trenchpad or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with Apple's Media Services Terms.
